Friends Of The Library Book Sale Kicks Off This Weekend

Fundraiser Features Over 30,000 Used Books, Movies And Other Media

Northgate Mall announces the Friends of the Library book sale will be held this weekend. Proceeds from the Friends of the Library book sales support various programs for the Chattanooga Public Library.  

One of the goals this year is to help support the second floor projects for Teens and Tweens as well as children’s programs.

The sale will run Saturday through Saturday, March 1. Hours will be Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. The sale will take place in the former Pro Golf store, next to Old Navy. 

The sale includes over 30,000 used books, movies  and other media including cookbooks, children's, history and local interest.  Hardback books are just $2 (Children's $1) and paperbacks are only $1 (Children's .50 cents). Special collector’s books are individually priced.
