Less than a day after being placed on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top 10 Most Wanted list, Daniel Lee Henry was captured Saturday night in New Orleans, La.

Shortly after 8:30 CST, Henry, 38, was taken into custody without incident at a hotel by authorities from the United States Marshals Service Task Force, which includes law enforcement officers from the New Orleans Police Department and Louisiana State Police.

The Jonesborough, Tenn. man was wanted by the TBI and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office to face murder charges in connection to a triple homicide. Earlier Saturday, Washington County deputies responded to a home in Jonesborough, after receiving a call from an individual in California stating Henry had killed his family. Upon arrival, officers found three deceased adults inside the home. Henry lived at the residence in the 100 block of Skyline Road, but was not found.

Henry is currently being held in the Orleans Parish Prison.
