The Chattanooga Lookouts' (74-59) fell to the Jackson Generals (51-82) 5-2 in game one of their last regular season homestand of the year.  

Jackson Generals pitcher Stephen Landazuri shut the Lookouts down with six no-hit innings to begin the game. The Lookouts finally broke the bid in the seventh on a leadoff double by Jorge Polanco. Polanco proceeded to score on a Max Kepler RBI triple.

The league MVP's triple was his 13th of the season which ties him for the league lead.  

In the eighth the Lookouts cut the lead down to one, but Jackson tacked on two in the ninth to secure the win.

Friday night, the Lookouts and Generals play game two of the series on Fireworks Friday at AT&T Field at 7:15 p.m. LHP David Hurlbut (10-6, 3.66) faces off against fellow lefty Misael Siverio (5-11, 4.16).
