Reverend Noah Frank Ball, 80, died on September 6, 2017, at his home.

He was the pastor of First Baptist Church of Bozentown for 51 years until his illness.

He was preceded in death by his son, Andre' Ball; parents, Abrenda and Clifford Ball; siblings, Clifford Ball, Rev. Richard Ball, Emma Nash, Mary Hughes, and Elizabeth Ball.

He is survived by his daughters, Sandra Thrasher, Clarissa Doyle, Tonya Rooks; sons, Greyland Ball, Anthony Ball, Julius D. Ball,  Kenneth Ball; sister, Daisy Henson; devoted sister-in-law Ophelia (Clifford) Ball, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Wednesday, Sept. 13, at Born Again Missionary Baptist Church, 1228 Latta Street. The body will lie in state two hours prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.

The body will lie in state after noon on Tuesday, Sept. 12, and the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.
