CHI Memorial Medical Group welcomes Sarah Baker, M.D. 

Dr. Baker earned her medical degree from East Tennessee State University James H. Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City.  She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Colorado Denver and Health Science Center in Aurora.  Dr. Baker is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Baker helping our community develop and maintain healthy habits that contribute to a healthier community,” said Glyn Hughes, president, Mountain Management.

Dr. Baker will see patients at CHI Memorial Chattanooga Internal Medicine Group. The practice is in the Memorial Plaza building at 605 Glenwood Drive, Suite 300, Chattanooga, Tn. 37404. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
