Lee Fick
Reverend Lee Fick, age 96, of Chattanooga, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 24, 2018.
Born in Lapeer, Mi., to the late Henry and Anna Fick. He was a graduate of Lapeer High School and Midwestern Bible College. Lee served our country in the United States Navy. Lee was saved in 1951 and was called to preach in 1954. He pastored several churches in Michigan including, Elba Baptist, Quincy Baptist and Hope Baptist. Lee then served as the new fields director for the Conservative Baptist Association of Michigan. Lee has served with the International Board of Jewish Missions from 1979 until his passing. He was a longtime member of Hamilton Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by a son, Tommy, and his wife of 68 years, Edna Lorraine Fick; one sister and five brothers.
Lee is survived by his children, Michael (Cherrie) Fick, David (Elayne) Fick, Deborah (Stephen) Pulsford, and Sally (Pete) Moore; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 27, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Lee’s life will be held at 9 a.m. on Thursday, at Hamilton Baptist Church, 1928 Hamill Road, Hixson, Tn. 37343. Burial will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that all remembrances be sent to the International Board of Jewish Missions, Post Office Box 1386, Hixson, Tn. 37343.
