Mr. Novenson, who has led the pastoral team since 1996, will remain as full time pastor and continue in theSunday morning preaching rotation.

All are invited to the service which will take place at 6 p.m. in the LMPC sanctuary.

A reception will follow.

Mr. Salter came to LMPC in 2006 as pastor of adult discipleship, having previously worked with Campus Crusade for Christ in East Asia as well as on the University of Georgia campus. He received his bachelor's degree in education from the University of Georgia in 1997 and his Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary, Orlando, in 2006.
