A man was reported being shot outside a home, 377 Oak Street SW in Cleveland at 5:11 p.m. on Monday.
The victim, who was shot in the upper torso, drove himself to a local hospital for treatment.
Cleveland Police Department officers responded to the area where a vehicle, containing three occupants were leaving the scene. All three were placed into custody. '
A fourth suspect was located in the home and was also placed in custody.
Charges on the suspects are pending.
