Many churches, organizations, family and friends gathered on Saturday at the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church to honor Patricia Shackleford-Gray in a city-wide surprise Praise Celebration of Appreciation.

She was honored for being a faithful servant recognized for making a difference in community service. 

In her honor Mayor Andy Berke presented the city of Chattanooga Distinguished Citizen award in Appreciation for Outstanding Contributions. 

Mayor Berke said she is well known for giving back with her time and talents.
