An apartment complex in Hixson has sold for $11.3 million.

The Ridgeside Apartments are at 6320 Hixson Pike.

The sale was to Dominion Ridgeside Llc from D S Ridgeside Inc.

The complex includes a pool, community garden and new dog park. 

Also, an apartment complex in Soddy Daisy sold for $6,225,000.

The Blackberry Creek Apartments is at 9516 Dayton Pike.

That sale was to Hillcrest Industries Holding Llc, 9516 Dayton Pike Llc from Ila Blackberry Creek Llc.
