The Chattanooga Housing Authority is encouraging individuals to apply for vouchers through their Housing Choice Voucher Program. The application process will open at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 15 and will close at 11:59 p.m. on that same day.
Individuals will find a link to the application on the CHA’s website (www.chahousing.org).
For individuals who need assistance completing the online application, the CHA will open their IT training room located at 801 North Holtzclaw Ave. from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. on Jan. 15 to assist with the application process.
HCVP Director Tammie Carpenter said, “Completing an application to be on the waiting list for a voucher has never been easier. We appreciate the partnership we have with area landlords who accept vouchers and look forward to many of our residents having a new place to call home in 2020.”
