Hamilton County Criminal Court Clerk Vince Dean Appointed To COAT Board Of Directors

Hamilton County Criminal Court Clerk Vince Dean has been appointed to the County Officials Association of Tennessee board of directors.  At the 51st Annual COAT Convention held in Gatlinburg in late November, Mr. Dean was named to serve a two year term on the board.  Mr. Dean currently serves as the co-chairman for the Tennessee State Court Clerk’s Association Legislative Committee.   
COAT Executive Director Rodney Archer, said of the appointment, “We are thrilled to have Clerk Vince Dean join our board of directors.
As a former legislator, he brings a unique perspective to our association and understands the challenges facing local governments from both sides.” 
 
Robert Baggett, Franklin County Circuit Court clerk and president of COAT stated, “Vince has played an integral part on the State Court Clerk’s Association Legislative Committee and will certainly be a great addition to the COAT board of directors.  We are proud to have him.”
