Mezcla Cocina Y Cantina, a full-service “modern Mexican restaurant,” plans to open by the first of the year at 2 Cherokee Blvd.

The locationi is diagonally across Cherokee Boulevard from Walgreens.

The restaurant applied for a beer permit as well as a license to sell wine and spirits.
