Salvation Army Had Angels Returned Un-Adopted; Deadline Extended

  • Monday, December 9, 2019
Due to 22 angels being returned un-adopted, and several who have been adopted but gifts not returned, The Salvation Army will be extending its deadline for adopting angels until Saturday, Dec. 14.  Hamilton Place and Northgate Malls will have their Angel Tree tables open until 8 p.m. on Saturday.

Families at or below the poverty line with children 12 years of age or younger and seniors 60 years of age and older are placed on paper angles as part of the Angel Tree Program.
Through the generosity of donors, the Angel Tree provides much needed clothing, toys and other crucial items to qualified participants.
