Tameka Burse
Tameka Angienette Burse, 41, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2019, at her residence.
She was a 1995 graduate of Brainerd High School. She was a member of Union Hill Baptist Church where she was a part of the Media Ministry.
Tameka was preceded in death by her father, Henry L. Shibley, Jr. and brother, Jeffery L. Shibley.
Survivors include her husband of 22 years, Corey L. Burse, Sr.; sons, Corey L. Burse, Jr. and Malichi Burse; daughters, Bre’Anna Burse, Mariah Burse, and Angel Burse; mother, Regenia Shibley, all of Chattanooga; two special nephews, JeMichael Smith and Jeffrey Shibley; special niece, De’Sheryl Boykins; several aunts; uncles; cousins; other relatives and friends.
Visitation is on Friday, April 19, from 7-8 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, April 20, at noon at New United Church. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
