Probe Of Charlie Thomason May Relate To Internet Posts

Sources said an investigation of Charlie Thomason, who resigned last week as president of the Chattanooga Fire and Pension Board, relates to Internet posts.

He is also a lieutenant with the city fire department.

A fire department spokesperson said, "Lt. Charlie Thomason is on paid administrative leave pending an investigation by CFD Internal Affairs. No further details will be released until the completion of the investigative process."
