Harold Edward "Hank" McKinney, age 63, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Sunday evening, November 15, 2020 at the family residence.

Hank was born in Ringgold, Ga. and he was the son of the late Katherine Hall McKinney and Ed "Monk" McKinney. His little buddy and special grandson, Peyton "Tater" King also preceded him in death. Hank was a 1975 graduate of Meigs County High School. He worked for Wholesale Supply Group for more than 27 years. He was also a U. S. Army veteran which he was very proud of! Hank loved going to church, watching cowboy movies and he was a gun enthusiast. Hank was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a member of the Eastview Chapel in Georgetown.

Survivors include his loving wife of 41 years, Cathey McKinney of Cleveland; daughters, Crystal Cofer and her husband Tojo, Brandi Watson and her husband Jason; son, Chris McKinney and his wife Kala, all of Cleveland; grandchildren, who he thought hung the moon, John Luke, Jacob, Jiniva and her husband Ben, Jack, Christopher, Tucker, Austin and his wife Alexis, Beth and her husband Danny and Ethan; great grandchildren, Angel and Baby Dallas; brothers, John McKinney, Rod McKinney and Pete McKinney and his wife Loretta; aunt, Shirley Quinn; special niece, Cindy "Monkey" McKinney; and special cousins, Sharon, Lisa, Joy, Gail and Vicki also survive.

The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Thursday, Nov. 19, at 1 p.m. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel with Reverend Dewayne Murphy officiating. Interment will follow in the McInturf Cemetery in Meigs County with Tojo Cofer, Jason Watson, Jack Cofer, Jacob Cofer Chris McKinney and Ben Christian serving as casket bearers.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, and 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
