Sharon Bradberry Mason
Sharon Bradberry Mason, age 74, a resident of Old Fort, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2020 at the family residence.
She was the daughter of the late Chester and Frances Van Gundy.
Sharon loved to work crossword puzzles and loved to listen to her favorite group the Bee Gees. She attended Calvary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Mason; her step-son, Mark Mason and his wife Dana; her step-daughter, Kim Mason; several grandchildren and great-grandkids; her brothers, J. Mike Van Gundy and Chester Van Gundy; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews; and her special caregiver, Robin Keller.
A Remembrance of Life Service will be held Wednesday, March 18, at 1 p.m. at Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Avenue. Chapel will be with Rev. Curt Thomason and Rev. Larry Chastian officiating. The interment will follow at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery with Jarrod Cline, Esther Van Gundy, Jeffery Mason, Corey Fohs and Annie Cline serving as casket bearers.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 17, from 5-8 p.m. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel who has charge of the arrangements.
