Kelly Subaru To Present McKamey Animal Center’s 6th Annual Humanitarian Gala

  • Friday, March 6, 2020

McKamey Animal Center is giving the public an opportunity to support their mission through their Sixth Annual Humanitarian Gala on Friday, May 8, at the Hunter Museum of Art with presenting sponsor Kelly Subaru.

The evening will celebrate monumental accomplishments in animal rescue, rehabilitation and placement, and will be joined by Co-Chairs Jay and Cynthia Dale and Emcee Chip Chapman.

"Kelly Subaru is very excited to be the presenting sponsor for the Humanitarian Gala,” said Amber Lehman, experiential marketing manager. “We know our partnership with the McKamey Animal Center will help them continue the work of their mission, giving back to the community through programs and education that help support people and their pets. Kelly Subaru's local support aligns with Subaru's mission of caring for pets and supporting organizations that do good for them."

“At McKamey Animal Center we’ve built a more compassionate future for this community and that is why we celebrate those accomplishments each year at the Gala,” said Jamie McAloon, executive director.

All proceeds from the night will provide veterinary care, food, shelter and the chance for a forever home to the thousands of animals that arrive at their doors yearly. A cocktail hour with a puppy photo booth, wine pull and other “horseplay” kicks off the evening overlooking the Tennessee River, followed by a gourmet dinner by Lee Towery Catering and live auction.
