Dr. Susan Raschal announces Covenant Allergy and Asthma Care is temporarily relocating to a new office on 6141 Shallowford Road on Monday, during renovations to its Mackey Branch location following Easter Sunday's tornado.

“We are so grateful for the community support that we have received during this difficult time,” said Dr. Raschal. “And we are excited to serve our patients at a new location temporarily while renovations occur at Mackey Branch.”

The new office at 6141 Shallowford Road will be open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., except Wednesdays when the office will be open 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The office will be open beginning Monday. The Covenant Allergy and Asthma Care offices in Cleveland and Kimball will continue with their normal hours of operation.

All services for the care of adults and children will be offered at the new Shallowford office. Infants, children, adolescents and adults can receive diagnoses and treatments for allergies, asthma, and other disorders of the immune system at the new office. In addition to the new office, Covenant Allergy and Asthma will continue to offer Telehealth care to patients.

“Covenant Allergy and Asthma has always been proud of being on the forefront of medical care, and the damage suffered during the tornado will not stop us!” said Dr. Raschal. “Our mission is to provide our patients with the highest quality allergy and asthma care, so they can breathe easier. Our new location at Shallowford Road will allow us to continue acting out our mission and showing God’s love to the community.

"We are so grateful for the community support that we have received during this difficult time and we are excited to serve our patients at a new location temporarily while renovations occur at Mackey Branch."

Covenant Allergy and Asthma Care is the private practice of Susan P. Raschal, DO, and provides diagnosis and treatment for infants, children, adolescents and adults who suffer from allergies, asthma and other disorders of the immune system. Dr. Raschal practiced as an allergist in Chattanooga for 11 years before her desire to be a part of a faith-based practice led her to open Covenant Allergy and Asthma Care in 2009. Dr. Raschal believes that medically treating the condition is only a part of the healing process. She views her practice as the continuation of a covenant she made with God to treat her patients with kindness and understanding in every step of their care.
