Annie Pearl Calloway, 87, passed away May 14, 2020 in Chattanooga.
She attended Howard High School and Draughon Junior College. She was a member of Dunamis Task Force Ministries Church.
Annie was preceded in death by her husband, David Lee Calloway; parents, William Edward and Martha Fletcher Dobbins; sister, Dorothy Dobbins Smith; brother, George Dobbins; son-in-law, Gregory Hollis; grandson, David Christopher Calloway; granddaughters, Crystol Lewis, and Tabitha Hall; and great-granddaughter, Ahmya Deshay Calloway.
Annie leaves to cherish her memories her children, Rev. Dr. Martha (Jerry) Lewis; Dr. Mary Paris, Rawland Calloway, Imogene Logan, Minister Yolanda Bryant, Minister Unonta (Franklin) McFarland, Minister Abigail C. Hammonds, Debra (Dr. William) Sullivan, Dedra (Sidney) Espey, Pearl Calloway Powell and David L. Calloway, Jr.; sisters, Elizabeth Jackson, Edith Billlingsley, Louise Freeman, Willie Mae Johnston; 27 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren; 25 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Public viewing will be Wednesday, May 20 from 3–6 p.m. at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held privately. Interment: Chattanooga National Cemetery.
