Westmore Church of God in Cleveland, Tn., has paused having in-person services after some congregation members tested positive for coronavirus and others showed symptoms.
Officials said on June 26 they made the decision to halt the services "to mitigate the spread of the gospel within our church and the community."
The church is to remain closed to services through at least July 11.
The facility is to undergo a comprehensive medical-grade sanitization, it was stated.
Live stream services are continuing.
