First Horizon Bank, a member of the First Horizon Corp. family of companies, has named Mariah Barrows as banking center manager of the North Highway 58 location.
Ms. Barrows’ career in banking began at First Horizon in 2015. "As Banking Center manager, Ms. Barrows manages all aspects of the customer experience, as well as operations of the center. She coaches employees to address customer issues effectively and follows up with resolutions to maintain accountability. She also regularly reviews surveys in order to provide feedback to employees about the customer experience," officials said.
“Mariah is a great asset to our team who values every customer interaction and works to deepen relationships,” said Chattanooga Market President Jay Dale.
“Her focus on feedback and coaching encourages skill development and improvement among all of her employees. She works hard to better her team in order to better the experiences of our customers, and that is something we truly value.”

In her spare time, Ms. Barrows enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and her two-year-old German Shepherd. She also enjoys spending time outdoors and reading.
