McLemore is launching the first in their Sommelier Series on Saturday, Nov. 13, and their Mixology Series starts on Saturday, Nov. 20.
The Sommelier Series is designed to suit the palette of the novice to the most discerning oenophile. Led by a regional wine expert, “Big Reds of the World” will expose participants to a collection of six surprising and delightfully bold wines from expected as well as unexpected places, said officials.
Limited to 30 guests, each of the monthly Sommelier Series events will educate and entertain guests about fine wines throughout the world. IV Whitman, executive vice president of Marketing for McLemore said, “We enjoy welcoming guests to McLemore. Whether it’s for a round of golf on our award-winning course or experiencing a dining, tasting or musical performance, we are always on the lookout for ways to provide our guests with unique experiences. The Sommelier Series gives our guests a relaxed environment to discover new wines and expand their palettes.”

McLemore’s Mixology Series offers monthly hands-on demonstrations by regionally renowned bartenders. Each monthly event will demonstrate the creation of a unique craft-cocktail, starting off with this month’s Thanksgiving theme.
Limited to 30 guests, each of the monthly Mixology Series events will educate and entertain guests about creative and seasonal recipes for building monthly cocktails at home. Mr. Whitman said, “As friends and family begin to gather over the holidays, this will be the year to toast to good health and a return to normalcy. We know this holiday season is going to be very special. We look forward to sharing some great recipes at McLemore from professional mixologists every month.”
