Dunkin’ To Add New Addition To Kimball Crossing

Wednesday, November 3, 2021

Dunkin’ franchisee network Bluemont Group LLC announced Wednesday that their Kimball Crossing Next Generation Dunkin’ is under construction at 380 Kimball Crossing Dr.

President of Bluemont Group LLC, Dave Baumgartner, had this to say about the new restaurant, “We are excited to get to know everyone and to be a good community steward in Kimball. We also think our location will be a great stop off point for those traveling through.”

The next generation restaurant features a modern look that provides a fresh, friendly, vibrant, and engaging environment for guests, said officials Elements of the new restaurant include:

Dunkin’ on Demand: With fully-integrated digital kiosks, guests will control how they order by choosing to order with or without the help of a crew member. Dunkin’ has also introduced an area dedicated to mobile pickups, so that members of the DD Perks Rewards program who order ahead via Dunkin’s Mobile App can get in and out of the restaurant faster than ever before.

Premium Pours: Dunkin’s signature cold beverages are now served through an innovative tap system serving eight consistently cold beverages such as coffees, iced teas, cold brew coffee and nitro infused cold brew coffee. Crew members will also use top-quality flavor maximizing espresso machines to make hand-crafted drinks to order.

Increased Energy Efficiency: The new Dunkin’ is a DD Green Achievement restaurant, which is designed to save 25 percent more energy compared to a standard Dunkin’ restaurant.

The 2,008 square-foot restaurant will be serving local guests as well as those traveling between Chattanooga and Nashville. The Kimball Crossing Dunkin’ is expected to open in Q1 or Q2 of 2022.
