Development Near South Chickamauga Creek Greenway Recommended For Approval

  • Monday, March 8, 2021

A development with 90 units near the South Chickamauga Creek Greenway was recommended for approval by the Planning Commission.

Benjamin Philips is the applicant on the 27.4-acre tract owned by Barbara Ridge.

It is located at 3698 and 3710 Faith Road.

Faith Road is a dead-end street off of Youngstown Road.

A condition was that eight acres be set aside for green space. Mike Price, engineer on the project, asked that it be cut to seven acres and that was approved.

There is to be a maximum density of five units per acre.
