An estate at 7105 B & K Ranch Road in Georgetown was sold for $3.7 million.

The property was sold to Paul Roger Ebersbacher and Beegie Marie Ebersbacher by William G. Ii Miller.

Built in 2010, the over 11,000 total square foot house and guest house have a total of seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, elevator, five indoor gas fireplaces and four outdoor gas fireplaces, heated saltwater pool and hot tub, tanning room, outdoor kitchen, wine cellar, safe/storm room and more.

The estate also includes a full throttle racing shop, barn, fully stocked lake, skeet shooting, climbing rock and irrigation.

The property sold in October of 2011 for $1,864,000.
