The Girls in Engineering camp started this week on Cleveland State Community College’s campus.

The camp explores a different engineering field each day: Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, and Chemical.

This camp is one of the many camps offered for the Summer STEAM camps. The STEAM program stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. It is a nationwide effort to give young students the tools they need to excel in STEAM areas of study as they move on to college.
