Another townhome project is planned on E. Main Street, which is rapidly being developed.
EAD Holdings is planning the project at the Chattanooga Boiler and Tanker property.
One portion of the site at 1024 E. Main includes 1.6 acres.
A three-acre section is at Fagan Street and 16th Street. It includes some multi-family along with the townhomes.
The request is to rezone the property to UGC.
The case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
