Chattanooga Music Census Launches To Support Growth Of Chattanooga's Music Community

  • Tuesday, October 4, 2022

The Chattanooga Music Census is a community-led initiative to gain a better understanding of the current needs of the Chattanooga-area music community. The initiative is led by the Chattanooga Tourism Co., ArtsBuild, the city of Chattanooga, and over 30 local partners, through a grant from the Lyndhurst Foundation.

The Census will launch on Friday and be administered by Sound Music Cities, a provider of music ecosystem studies and music census work. It will capture information about the Chattanooga-area music economy and help the city and community to make more informed, data-driven decisions to support the music ecosystem.
