Marilyn Romona Kendricks, 69, of Chattanooga, passed away on Monday, May 9, 2022, in a local hospital.

 

She was a 1971 graduate of Riverside High School. She was in her 35th year of employment with Health Center at Standifer Place.

 

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Cornelious and Modine Kendricks, Sr.; and brother, Wellington Maurice Kendricks.

 

Survivors include sons, Antonio Kendricks and Corey Kendricks; daughter, ShaQuanda Kendricks McCallie, all of Chattanooga; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Cornelious Kendricks, Jr.; sisters, Veronica Kendricks, Sandra Partridge, and Constance Blackwell, all of Chattanooga; uncle, Leo Martindale of Nashville; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.

 

Marilyn will lie in state on Saturday, May 21, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.

 

Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Henry McClain as the eulogist.
