Developer Ethan Collier is planning a single-family residential development on 15.4 acres in Lookout Valley.
The location is at 4509 Kelly's Ferry Road across from the Alpine Lodge and near Wauhatchie Glassworks.
A mobile home park is on a portion of the site, it was stated.
The property is owned by DeVore Development of South Pittsburg.
The case goes before the Planning Commission next Monday.
