Julie Horton
CHI Memorial Medical Group announces Julie Horton, NP-C, is now seeing patients at CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates – Northgate.
Ms. Horton earned her bachelor of science in nursing from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City. She then completed a master of science in nursing degree from Samford University in Birmingham. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Ms. Horton joins Vicky Cooke, ANPC, FNP, at CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Northgate. The clinic is located at 1017 Executive Dr., Suite 101 in Hixson, and is open Monday - Thursday, from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. and Friday from 7 a.m.-4 p.m.
