Hamilton Flourishing Joins National Groups To Sponsor Solemn Assembly – Virtual Prayer To Overturn Roe V Wade

  • Wednesday, June 8, 2022

Hamilton Flourishing announces “Solemn Prayer Assembly” a time for the nation to join in prayer for The Supreme Court Justices as they deliberate Roe v Wade. It will be held on June 30 at 6:30 p.m. at Calvary Chapel Chattanooga, 3415 Broad St. The community will join thousands of others across the nation to show solidarity through prayer for the country to take a stand for life and the unborn.

Local and national speakers will lead this time of prayer. The history of the fall of Chattanooga’s abortion clinic almost 30 years ago will be shared by Doug Daugherty and Charlie Wysong, in memory of the late Dr. Dennis Bizzoco. A live broadcast will be made available with the link promoted prior to the event.

“A Solemn Assembly is when the people called by God gather to pray and repent for their nation because of current and impending divine judgement, (see Richard Owen Robert’s booklet, ‘The Solemn Assembly’),” said Doug Daugherty, president of Hamilton Flourishing. “The impending decision on Roe v. Wade is such a time. The decision is critical to our nation, the states, the people, the land, the mothers and fathers, the church, and the unborn.”
