Townhouse Apartments In Hickory Valley Section Of East Brainerd Sell For $8.640,000

The Guild, townhome style apartments, at 2140 Miramar Circle in Chattanooga sold for $8,640,000.

The sale was to Q. Guild Holdings LLC by Shallowford Partners LLC.

The two-story, 92-unit townhomes were built in 2021.
