A Hixson shopping complex that includes a Walmart Neighborhood Market, a Big Lots and a Dollar Tree has sold for $8,875,000.

The center is at 3901 Hixson Pike.

It was built in 2015 on four acres.

The sale was to Core Highland Plaza Llc, Rbe Capital Llc from Bright-Meyers Milledgeville Associates Lp.
