Ivy Rose Foundation And Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Present 8 Scholarships

The Ivy Rose Foundation, Incorporated and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Pi Omega Chapter recently awarded $1,000 scholarships to six deserving young women who exemplify excellence in academics, leadership, and public service.  

The Class of 2022 Scholarship recipients are: 
Riya Bijoy, Tyner Academy
Tania Humphrey, CSAS
Jakyla Hudgins, Tyner Academy
Kaylea Moore, Tyner Academy
Aniyah Clemons, CGLA
Amaya Dixon, CGLA

The Ivy Rose Foundation, Incorporated recently awarded the Mrs.
Ida Collier Partridge Memorial Scholarship to Naomi Moss and Ambria Sydnor.  Miss Moss is a 2022 graduate of Tyner Academy  She plans to attend Alabama A&M University to study Animal Science/Veterinary Medicine.  Miss Sydnor is a 2022 graduate of Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy.  She plans to attend Tennessee State University to study Business with a Concentration in Human Resources.

Mrs. Partridge was a loving mother and a devoted educator in the Chattanooga Public Schools for 35 years.  She was a proud and active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. for 74 years.
