7-Unit Townhome Development Planned For West Bell Avenue In North Chattanooga

A seven-unit townhome development is planned at a site on Bell Avenue in North Chattanooga.

The location is 21 and 29 W. Bell Ave.

A brick church is now at the site. The application says the church building appears to be condemned.

The property is owned by Timothy and Nancy Adkins of Hixson.

The development is by West Bell development of East and West Road, Lookout Mountain, Tn.

A rezoning request on the property goes before the Planning Commission on Sept. 12 at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
