Former Tennessee Titans tight end and broadcaster Frank Wycheck has died after an apparent fall at his Chattanooga home.

His family said he was found unresponsive on Saturday afternoon.

Wycheck had moved to Chattanooga this past summer to be closer to his family.

He is survived by daughters Deanna and Madison and  grandchildren Leo, Stevie and August.

Wycheck had a key role in the play known as the Music City Miracle that snatched victory from defeat over the Buffalo Bills with just 16 seconds left.

In the game on Jan. 8, 2000, he took a lateral on a kickoff with the Titans down 16-15 in a Wild Card game. He then lateraled  the ball across the field to wide receiver Kevin Dyson, who sprinted to the end zone behind a phalanx of blockers.
