They are:

6009 Ooltewah Georgetown Road (Hamilton County)

7408 Bonny Oaks Drive (Hamilton County)

2124 Gunbarrel Road (Hamilton County)

1010 Paul Huff Parkway (Bradley County)

401 Stuart Road (Bradley County)

The sale was to 1945 Properties Limited Partnership from Global Southern Realty Holdings Llc.
