High School Sophomores And Juniors Invited To Coast-To-Coast College Fair On April 11

  • Monday, March 27, 2023

After a three-year Covid hiatus, Chattanooga’s Coast-to-Coast College Fair for high school sophomores and juniors is returning.

The fair will be held on Tuesday, April 11, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Chattanooga Convention and Trade Center; all public, charter, private, and homeschool students are invited to attend.

Over 800 sophomores and juniors from Southeast Tennessee, North Georgia, and Northeast Alabama attended the 2019 fair, asked questions of college representatives, collected materials, and left with information to begin or continue their college search.

For over 25 years, the Coast-to-Coast Fair has hosted schools in higher education that represent the full spectrum of college options. Over 70 colleges and universities – public and private, large and small, rural and urban – will have admission representatives present to introduce their schools and answer students’ questions. Representatives from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, the U.S Naval Academy, and the Tennessee Army National Guard are also attending.

Sponsoring schools are Baylor School, Girls Preparatory School, McCallie School, and St. Andrew’s-Sewanee School.
