TEL Expands Trailer Leasing Services To Midwest And Southwest; Announces Brandon Lairsen As VP Leading The Effort

  • Monday, March 6, 2023

Transport Enterprise Leasing, LLC is expanding semi-trailer leasing services beyond its headquarters region in the Southeastern U.S. Brandon Lairsen, vice president of trailer leasing, said the company is adding staff and a new state- of-the-art location in Indiana to serve new customers in midwestern states. Expansion into Texas and Southwestern states will follow.

TEL is a provider of commercial truck and trailer leasing, sales and remarketing services. Based in Chattanooga, the company’s trailer leasing growth reflects market demand for equipment, among other factors, officials said.

“At a time when trailers are hard to come by, we have access to large quantities from the factory, including trailers from Hyundai, Wabash and other brands. We also provide like-new equipment off lease,” Mr. Lairsen noted. "Available trailers range from dry vans and refrigerated trailers to flatbeds.
Other factors fueling TEL’s trailer leasing growth include its commitment to 'frictionless' customer partnerships and straightforward pricing free of add-on variable costs for mileage, reefer hours and tire and brake wear."

Mr. Lairsen was recruited to scale TEL’s trailer leasing division by overseeing the people, processes, strategy, sales and infrastructure involved in the effort.

“Brandon has more than 20 years’ experience in trailer leasing, sales development and go-to-market strategy,” said Sheri Aaberg, COO of TEL. “He is perfectly equipped to lead TEL’s trailer leasing expansion and fits in well with our customer commitment and friendly corporate culture.”

Mr. Lairsen is a graduate of Texas Tech University. He is married to his college sweetheart, and they stay active with two teenage children. The family lives over the Georgia border, within commuting distance of TEL headquarters.
