Mike and Brenda Purcell, with RE/MAX Renaissance, have earned the RE/MAX 100% Club Award, which recognizes high-achieving real estate professionals for their service to buyers and/or sellers during the past year.

Mrs. Purcell has been serving her community as a real estate agent with RE/MAX Renaissance for 14 years and has over 21 years of experience in residential sales. Among her list of achievements, she has earned RE/MAX’s prestigious Hall of Fame Award. In addition, she actively supports the community serving as a member of the Greater Chattanooga Realtors. She holds the ABR, SRES and the Certified Residential Specialist certification with the Residential Real Estate Council.
A member of Burks United Methodist Church, she serves with homeless missions. Additionally, she is a member of the Judge David Campbell Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, the Southeast Tennessee Substance Misuse Taskforce and supports the Hamilton County Department of Health’s Addiction and Dependency Committee. She is a 1993 graduate of Leadership Chattanooga, a past board member of Girl’s Inc. and past member of the Junior League. She received a B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She served on the UTC Alumni Board for many years and the University of Tennessee National Alumni Association’s Board of Governors. Mrs. Purcell has taught Professionalism in Consumer Affairs, at Middle TN State University and lectured at several universities.
Mr. Purcell has over seven years of experience in residential and commercial sales. He is a licensed broker in the state of Tennessee and holds the CRS, and ABR as well as the Resort and Second Home Specialist designations. He is a graduate of the TN Realtors Academy of Real Estate Advancement, the Leadership Academy with GCR, and is a current board member for the Greater Chattanooga Realtors. Mr. Purcell is also a board member for Mustard Tree Ministries which serves the homeless and impoverished in our community.
He holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from Tennessee Technological University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is a past president of the UTC Alumni Board and UTNAA Board of Governors in Knoxville.
