Kenneth C. Fowler
Kenneth C. Fowler, known to many as Uncle Buddy, passed away peacefully at his home on May 31, 2023, at age 76.
Born on May 2, 1947, in Chattanooga to the late Kenneth D. and Anna L. Fowler, Uncle Buddy was a beloved son, brother, uncle, great uncle, and friend.
He loved his job as an EKG Technician at Erlanger Medical Center, where he devoted 50+ years of service. One of his favorite hobbies was Race Walking in his younger years, for which he won several awards. He also enjoyed dedicating his time to helping others, doing countless hours of community service, including founding Chattanooga Cares in 1986.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 7, from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow immediately in the chapel at 1:30 p.m.
