James Alsip

James Alsip, 60, of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 18, 2023, surrounded by family in his home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Alsip and Mary Hooper Alsip.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Vicki Alsip, daughter, Ashley Alsip, sister and sister-in-law, Melissa and Jennifer Alsip Borstelmann, and nieces, Ella, Meagan, and Nicole.

He was a devoted husband, father, and friend. He loved traveling, story-telling, and photography. He worked in the sign industry for over 35 years, and owned a successful company for over 10 years.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Mid-South Sign Association Scholarship Fund.
