Vegan Chef Challenge Lands In Chattanooga

The second Chattanooga Vegan Chef Challenge kicks off on July 1. Local chefs will be competing for votes with creative and delicious plant-based menu options.

Organizers said, "Veganism is on the rise, and you’re invited to see why! It’s easy to participate."

EAT! Sample the unique vegan dishes being offered by your favorite local restaurants!

VOTE! Rate each menu you try by July 31 on the Chattanooga Vegan Chef Challenge Website.

The current list of restaurants and chefs who are participating in this year’s Vegan Chef Challenge include:

Scoop Around Ice Cream, 1885 Grill (Elmo), and 1885 Grill (Ooltewah).

We are currently seeking participants for this challenge, any business interested in adding vegan options to their menu is encouraged to apply on our website. We are expecting more restaurants to sign up soon.

The Vegan Chef Challenge invites diners to experience the many benefits of a plant-based diet by signing up for the free 10 Weeks to Vegan program. This guided challenge gives participants everything they need to get started with eating vegan.
