Apison Baptist Church Childrens Awanas Work On Community Project

  • Friday, September 1, 2023

The Apison Baptist Church children’s Awanas has pledged to take on a community project.

The Tornado of 2011 that caused much damage and took the life of fellow citizens is remembered by a circle of love monument that was placed in the community honoring the life of each person. The children and parents of Apison Baptist Church will plant flowers twice a year and help maintain the circle of love as their community project.

Shown center are Bill and Linda Hullander, Lisa Gwaltney, kids church director, Lindsey Brinkley, Awana director, Pastor Macil Duncan, and parents and children.
