Central Church of Christ's VBS Fall Festival will be held on Saturday. The event starts with registration opening at 8:45 a.m. at the church, 400 Vine St. Parents can also register their children online at centralchurchchatt.org.
This year's theme, "The Armor of God," is designed to help children stand firm in their faith by equating it to donning God's superhero gear. There will be stories, crafts and games related to the theme.
Following the morning activities will be lunch and the fall festival.
"We are thrilled to host this super-duper day of fun, faith and fellowship," said Laura King,
children’s coordinator at Central Church of Christ. "It's a chance for all of us to come together
as superheroes in God's service and celebrate the joy of faith. We can't wait to see you there."
