Red Bank Commercial Center Including Ace Hardware Sells For $3.1 Million

A Red Bank Commercial Center  has sold for $3.1 million.

The sale was to Glenn Knox Properties Llc from Pendleton Square Trust Co Llc Tr, Jo Ann Cline Yates Revocable Trust.

Glenn Knox purchased 1870 Dayton Blvd. (Ace Hardware) and the adjacent building.

Ryan Bush purchased Dirty Jane’s building/lot earlier this year, and it was not involved in this sale.
