The UTC Mocs won another Southern Conference game on the road with two successful fourth quarter drives. UTC won 23-13 in Spartanburg on Saturday.
The Terriers got on the board first with a first quarter field goal, and the game was tied 6-6 at halftime. Clayton Crile had field goals for the Mocs from 42 and 32 yards.
Both teams added touchdowns in the third quarter, but UTC held the winless Terriers to no fourth quarter scoring.
UTC went ahead on a Crile field goal after an eight-play drive.
Gino Appleby took it in after a drive that took 12 plays and went 78 yards.
